I’m having a small problem created ads in Adobe Express Yesterday, today I wanted to finish them and get them on to my social media plat forms. But my work is no longer available in Adobe Express?! It is visible in creative cloud under files but can’t open them from there. What did I do wrong and will I be able to get them Back?

Howdy! I assume you saved your work inside "Your stuff"? If the issue is on the desktop, have you checked mobile for the missing files, or vice versa?
