I need more storage but I'm too broken to make payments for a subscription and now it won't let me make new projects which means my yt vids will have to stop which makes me really upset

Well, you can still download and then delete older projects.
Check you haven't projects that are deleted but still in the "bin" where they stay a month, so you gain some space. Otherwise not much one can do.

To check your deleted files, go to your CC ap, check "files on the left side

and then "deleted"

select them and delete permenently

where you'll find all the deleted files from all the apps
