I have been told - but it's not an official stance - that Thread would be added first (because it has a bigger number of users) and then they would consider Bluesky if it grows in numbers. There was no ETA, even for Threads so I can't really tell more.

That said, my version always seems to open on the last project I worked on instead of the “dashboard.”

Mods don't necessarily have access to the people at Adobe, that's a completely separate "status". I am able to contact - on a VERY limited basis - the devs because I am an Adobe Community Expert, and we can escalate issues up to an extend. That doesn't mean we have some sort of priority, but maybe that we can pinpoint stuff more easily 🙂
Regarding opening the last project, this is a new behaviour: "pick up where you left off" that is now common across the range of devices (including Ipad and Mobile). I think I haven't seen my dashboard on open more more than a week now.
