It's released for Ipads, you can get it on the app store
It's been released last week so it's very new!

3 - iPad Support
Adobe Express is now available on iPad! Both new and existing users can enjoy a familiar, intuitive experience on their iPads. More mobile support, including Android tablets, is coming soon.
No, I have been told they are thinking about it and it's less of a priority. There is still some ironing to do on the Ipad version TBH)
That said, have you tried to run the app in a browser on Android? It should work (It won't work on Ipad, so I think that's why an Android version is less pressing)
Have a test and let me know if that work (Don't use brave though, use the classic Chrome for Android)
the app is not available on all android tablets because i have a sm-x210 and the webversion points me to the apple but the google play store says its not compatible
why on earth would somebody want to edit photos on a phone is beyond me...a tablet makes a lot more sense
Oddly enough, I hadn't thought about using the app on my Samsung Tab A until after seeing these comments. But even before looking in the Google Play Store, my gut told me it wouldn't be compatible with the 5-year-old device. Sure enough, like @paper nymph, the browser deferred me to the store, which in turn says it's incompatible. Surprise! 🤣
The phone certainly isn't ideal for detailed work, given the generally smaller screen size. And since my tablet doesn't include 5G, the app won't work without an internet connection when I'm on the go.
Out of curiosity, I enabled desktop mode in Chrome and it's actually working. I'm able to open my projects, albeit slowly, but it could be related to low memory.
Depends what "editing" you'd want to do.
Lightroom mobile deals mainly with grading, works on both android and Iphone and is actually widely used, even by some pros. I am with you when it comes to actually retouching (To me, as a photo retoucher, even an Ipad would be useless)
that's what I was thinking about making it work on Android, having the desktop mode enabled. I haven't tried it as the Android tablet is my OH's and I have an Ipad
