its been more than 24 hours now and i just get the same error message saying something went wrong after entering my age and birth month.
I need to use express to create something for a campus ambassador programme and the deadline is tomorrow. it just feels frustrating that i cant leven log in
ive already tried this on multiples OSes and machines and get the same error. even switched networks but to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated

First of all, do you have a free account or a premium account.
Did you create an account before subscribing to Adobe Express or was it at the same time?
Do you get the same error on a mobile version (phone) as well as an OS. If you're a Windows user, did you try using the webapp as well.
or did you try on the compatible browsers? (Edge, Safari, Chrome and Firefox)
Don't use Brave or Opera, it doesn't work
One thing that is important is that you need to use the same email address as the one you have an account with. Seeing you're doing something for school, and assuming you are using your school account, be sure to use the email address linked to the school. such as [email protected]
