I can no longer navigate directly back to a folder when I'm working in a document. To get back to the documents within the folder, I have to go all the way back to my home screen, choose "your stuff," and re-open the folder from there. It's really inefficient having to do so many extra clicks. There used to be a "breadcrumb" type of navigation at the upper left where I could go back to the folder or go back to view all my folders. It's gone.

Howdy! Several folks, including me, have experienced the same issue in the past week or even longer. It's definitely something newly introduced.

I hope it's temporary! It's a lot of extra clicks.
Oops, I saw you were the first to note the issue; I didn't connect the dots; my bad! Yes, I hope it's temporary too.
Oh good. I can't imagine that I'm the only user who's experiencing this. Also I am among the most cynical of Express users and don't expect a response from Adobe.
Tagging the only contact I have, @sterile path - is there a fix coming for this? I've tried it in several different browser, cleared cache... no navigation.
It looks like it's been removed by mistake. @proven saddle is the community PM who might be able to shed some light on the changes.
Thank you!
Hi Folks, lemme check internally on this. Friday is a day off at Adobe so response rates might be slower. Will be superhelpful if you can share any additioanl details like Device, browser or screenshot/video etc.
Thank you! I'm using the latest Chrome (129.0.6668.59) on a MacBook pro running Big Sur 11.7.10. I've attached screen shots showing: 1. my folders, 2. the contents of a folder, and 3. a document open... with no navigation that would take me back up to the folder level. I've tested this in Safari and Firefox as well. Let me know if I can provide any other info!
Thank you! Today is a day off so pls allow me to revert on Monday
Hi Manish - let me know if you have any news on this. Thank you!
HI @boreal wing - I am dropping them a reminder. No one responded to it yet
Hi @boreal wing , So it appears it is a universal level change.
For going back to home : Browser back navigation and File Menu > Back to home.
For going back to non-home pages: Only Browser back navigation.
Gee thanks. I love clicking. I'll retrain my brain to start using the browser's Back button (at least it has a keyboard shortcut!).
Agree this isn't optimal. I've raising it to relevant PMs to have some fix for this.
FYI, the File menu only appears when I'm inside a project and immediately disappears if I click the browser's back button beforehand per the instructions. @boreal wing, I'm sure you're aware, but clicking the Adobe icon in the upper left anywhere on the site takes you staight to the home page.
I'm confident that this low-key change will be reverted once enough people report the issue in the AE Community Forum. https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/your-stuff/m-p/14867414

Hello Amazing Express Team, A recent change to the navigation now requires 2-clicks to get to Your Stuff when in a project. Unless I am misremembering I used to be able to click what now says 'File' to go back to my project dashboard. It is now a compressed view. Now when I finish a project it req...
