Hi there, I'm using a video file in a graphic template I'm creating and it will be fine and high res right when I upload it, but after a few minutes it immediately gets pixelated and stays like that. I've tried replacing the file in the graphic multiple times and the same thing will happen. Is there anything I can do to prevent this as it's needed for my organization. Thanks in advance!
