I love designing and having access to doing things that make things easier for work, whichever job it may be. I’m a wife, momma, Insurance Agent and High School Girls Wrestling Coach. I need to make some templates to gather information for quoting insurance-a document or link that prompts the potential or current client to enter specific information, depending on how they answer. Also a template for teens to gather info if they are interested in wrestling. Two very different audiences to connect with and I don’t know where to start. I have spent a lot of time researching, with not many answers, and creating a fillable document but then don’t know how to share it. I don’t know if I am using the correct programs but don’t want to spend a bunch figuring it out. I have Adobe Pro. Any help you can lend is very much appreciated.

You will probably need a form filling feature (with potentially statistics and a send button). As far as I know you cannot really do that with Adobe Express. It's a product that is very good for designing, so you can certainly do that part in Adobe Express, but if you need a form of some sort, you will have to use another app
(Adobe Acrobat can do that, but you can also try google form if you don't need bells and whistles)

know that Adobe Express have plenty of app integrations, including with Google (you'll find them in the add-ons panel)
Use Google Forms to create online forms and surveys with multiple question types. Analyze results in real-time and from any device.
If you have the premium subscription of Adobe Express you can access all these features, if you have a full CC subscription, then you'll have access to this, including Acrobat pro fillable forms.

But I would say it's more for dealing with official documents than create interactive forms you can use to gather feedback and contact information
Use a fillable PDF form creator from Adobe Acrobat and discover how easy it is others to sign or to fill and sign a PDF without a pen and paper.
Thank you for your response! I have Adobe Acrobat Pro. They always want me to sign things when I try doing it that way or I get stuck and don’t know how to take the form I have created and put it online or email it. I don’t know if that makes sense. Can you direct me to someone as knowledgeable as you in Acrobat? 😁
