I'm thinking the answer is "no", but in Adobe Express when you create a web page/site, is there not a way to publish it to your personal domain? Are you only limited to the Adobe-generated "quick link"? If not in Adobe Express, what other Adobe app would allow this functionality...if any. Thanks.

No, you are restricted to the link Adobe Express generates, BUT, I use bit.ly - which is a link shortener - where, even on the free option, you can "personnalise" one half of the link, which alows you to give it your name (provided that's it's not taken already)
