The modchart for the song NIGHTMA1RE has a problem when the opponent has downscroll enabled and scrolls up for a moment, causing the arrows that appear to point upwards.
This most likely happens if middlescroll is enabled or disabled, and it's due to a problem with the Modchart system.
So whatever it is, it's a bug (Oh, it's so the modchart looks like that, so it matches the original mod well..)
