Noise/black screen after playing a song.

After trying to play the song "Abandoned" and quitting/getting a error, the static effect from the song gets stuck on top of the screen. It covers the entire screen, and tends to appear on top of the menus as well.
I use a kinda shit laptop to play, so it could be a problem mainly with my device (not sure).
This glitch has been in the game ever since I started playing it a few months ago (and I think it happens with a other mario madness songs? I don't remember wich ones) and since it wasn't patched I thought I'd report it.

Also- unrelated, but sometimes I'll see a red text popup in the top left of my screen, and it says "pls report to the devs immediately" (I got one while trying to get the glitch to happen again the post lmao). Should I report it as well? (I always assumed it must be my laptop's fault and not important)
