After you done everything you can wait until a Helper assists you. This may take a while since they may be busy or away.

I haven't used the dxvk package before myself but if you want to run the game in vulkan you're gonna have to edit the LaunchR6.bat file slightly

since by default it tries to open rainbowsix.exe first, you want to change that so it starts rainbowsix_vulkan.exe

click edit on LaunchR6.bat

then move this one down, so it's below the Vulkan one

and then save the file

then when you try to launch it should start RainbowSix_Vulkan.exe instead of RainbowSix.exe

Try that first to see if it changes

Like I said I haven't used the dxvk files before myself but I do know that if you want / need to run vulkan you can do that like this

okay I have that season downloaded lemme js try to put in the dxvk files myself and see if it causes an issue

cus if I do it and it works from the getgo then you probably just only need to verify files

@velvet rose okay so I put the files in, and you didn't have to do the edit actually

cus I now understand what the files do

the files basically turn the game that normally runs as dx11 into vulkan

so what this means is you should verify your files, then put the dxvk files back in again, and then try one more time

make sure you only put in the files and not the readme

lmk how it goes

then once you verified you'll js have to do it one more time

make sure you change it without the game running in the background and make sure you save the file too

do you mean that as in it might not support vulkan?

cus if that's the case then you simply can't use it

look up your gpu model name and then just say like, "is (gpu model) able to run vulkan"

I mean that's what it is, yours might just be slightly too old
