As for actually downloading it from GitHub, you can choose either the .bat or .exe version, assuming you're downloading Slejm's downloader.
It will say "dangerous download" or something alike, so you'll need to turn off browser security for that inside your browser.
Other than that just follow the guide and you should be good.
