Everytime i go to run the downloader it tells me i need version 1.4 of Windows App Runtime and I go to install it and it just doesnt change anything. There was another post in this channel previously which i cannot find. Looked through FAQ can't seem to find anything related to my specific issue, if I overlooked I apologize.

its just a false positive since the downloader isn't signed and moves stuff in the memory.
