When I logged on today I noticed that all npcs dont exist anymore
I had changed nothing when this happened and updating to latest version did not bring back PAPER 1.21.6

You should save them before restarting. It auto-saves every 15 minutes but for some reason auto-restart does not trigger that.

Sorry to hear that, current data handling system is a bit flawed. Will be fixed in FancyNpcs v3 hopefully.
