  1. Do not ping staff members. This is against server rules.
  2. Scale is a 1.20.6+ feature and players connecting on older versions of the game won't be able to see it.
  3. ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, Geyser, and so on - are not supported and we have no control over how these plugins work. Issues caused by these plugins must be fixed on their end.

However. If you are not using any of the mentioned plugins and yet you still experience the problem where scale is not applied correctly, please provide more details about your server, such as software, plugins list, server logs.
