Paid account but Not allowed to login

I have a paid account that i was using as api and i have topped it multiple times. And i still have credit in it.
Today i wanted to login to top my account but i receive this error during login:
[my-email] is not allowed to access this application.

What should i do? I opened a support ticket but ETA is one week. I need to go online fast🙁
