Title / Summary: Cannot verify email - verification link always expires, cannot add credits or use Alipay
Hello OpenRouter team and community,
My registered email is: [[email protected]]
I am stuck with this error when trying to add credits / billing:
"You must add a verified email to access this feature."
I have tried many times:
- Clicked "Resend Verification Email" multiple times
- Checked spam/junk/promotions folders
- Clicked the link immediately after receiving the email
- Used incognito mode and different browsers
- Cleared cache and cookies
But the verification link always says it has expired.
Because of this, I cannot verify my email, cannot add billing address, and cannot use Alipay to top up credits.
I also cannot remove or change the current email.
Could someone from the team please help me manually verify the email or fix this issue?
