我确认了，我只有chatgpt、gemini和claude的几个模型被403了，其他模型都能用。看来这个限制不是openrouter给加的，是我用的时候有内容不符合他们调用的模型的terms，被ban了几个模型

目前为止揣测：
- 大陆/HK特别行政区的支付方式例如支付宝和微信之类的会导致你的号被禁止访问国外大厂模型
- 你的Billing Address Region设置的是大陆/HK特别行政区等地区然后充值被“封”
要么重开个号换个支付方式和把支付地址地区改成美国，要么换个API服务例如Requesty
我个人不用微信/支付宝/大陆支付方式所以是被我自己的支付地址地区给坑了，不过只是地区设置的话创个OR组织或者创个新号就很好解决

提供一个dp：我三天前重开了一个openrouter的号，还是用的中国信用卡，不过不主动充值，设置auto pay，目前一直能用，我的agents们已经跑了200多美元的tokens还是正常。我的billing address一直都写的北美地址。
模型用的还是claude opus 4.6
