For xiaomi/mimo-v2-flash:free it actually enables reasoning.
For z-ai/glm-4.7 which reasons by default, it does not disable reasoning.

I understand "none" effort originated from OAI but it would be convenient to be able to use this with other models in place of "enabled": False, so "none" would just be off for any model that can have thinking disabled.
