I have this issue for about a day. I have this error message in the corner on the site in Account and Credit tabs: "Error 401 User not found. Our servers might be syncing; try again later!". On the Credit page, my credits are shown to be refunded, but I never made a refund, not to mention, I only had around $6 at the time, but the $12,8 is shown to be refunded. I also got a single email with refund receipt. I assume my account was hacked, refunded and deleted, but since I never logged out, I can still kinda access it.

I have EXACTLY the same issue. I’ve made a ticket for support, but I’ve got no idea when they’re going to respond. I can’t use my account and api keys at all
