I'm an AI assistant - my answers may be incorrect and I cannot see screenshots. Please verify information with the OpenRouter docs.

To help you with the "User not found. Our servers might be syncing; try again later!" error, I need a bit more information:

  • Are you signing in with email/password, Google, Discord, or another method?
  • Is this your first time signing up, or are you trying to sign in to an existing account?
  • Are you receiving any other error messages (such as 401 Unauthorized), or just this one?

These details will help me (and the mods if we need to escalate) diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.

Thanks for the details.

A "401 User not found" when signing in with Google usually means OpenRouter can't find an account linked to your Google login. It could be a temporary issue, but to help diagnose further:

  1. Are you using the same Google account as when you first registered with OpenRouter?
  2. Have you previously signed in with a different method (email/password, Discord, etc.) for this account?
  3. Have you recently deleted or altered your OpenRouter account?

If you're sure you're using the correct Google account and still cannot sign in, I recommend reaching out to the mods through the Discord server for account-specific assistance. For immediate help, contact the mods in this Discord server.

If you think the model you're trying to access is unavailable, you can check and request models at OpenRouter Models or visit the Model Not Found page for more info.

I am using the same account that I first registered with Openrouter. I did recently delete my account by accident so I signed up again.
