10$ credits not showing up

I bought like 10$ of balance on OR about 30 mins ago but I still haven't gotten anything since it still just shows 0... It did say after i finalized my payment that I'd wait 15 minutes to receive the credits but nothing has yet happened... another thing tho is that as of rn nothing has yet been taken off my bank acc so idk if the payment actually went through or not- i really dont wanna risk buying it again and perhaps accidentally spending 20$ lol 🤧

check your email, see if your bank provider tell you if your payment was approved or not, you should also make sure what the total was, because mine was at first nothing at all instead of 10$

depends on what you used, cuz personally i used a debit card

thats what happened to my first transaction too, and it did went through

instead of 10$

also gotta make sure you have enough, because after i input 10$ correctly, i ended up not having enough in that card and i almost gave up bc i forgot to send money to that bank after like 3 more "transaction failed" bc i didnt put enough in that one 😭

If you pay and click pay now, u will see the butten color Green or Red

Green = succesfully paid

Red = Declined

Yw if it does not work best to ask your bank if you can do international payments or why its getting declined
