Just a question, not a bug/ER: does Gemini support the same thing as Anthropic whereby if you pass it the "effort" parameter (low/medium/high) it'll by itself use the :thinking variant?
In the documentation for reasoning tokens it explicitly says so for Anthropic, just wondering if I need to explicitly call the different Google model that has :thinking on the slug or if OpenRouter is doing that for me if I pass in an effort parameter (which would make my life so much easier!!)
