Can't use deepseek-v3 over deepseek provider

Hi,

Under my profile provider settings, I blocked all the providers except Deepseek because I want to only use deepseek-v3 over deepseek itself. But when I do that my requests doesn't work and they all time out. Even on the chat section of the openrouter doesnt work. I've adding screenshots below.

Yeah, same issue.

Deepseek status page (https://status.deepseek.com/) shows no issue with the servers, so i would imagine it might be related to OpenRouter integration or something similar.

I have deepseek api key as well and I can confirm it works. something between openrouter <-> deepseek doesn't work

I think there is a problem between open router and deep seek because I can use deeepseek’s api just fine

Maybe openrouter is getting rate limited

BYOK works so it looks like a rate limit

This was using OpenRouter native.

First token latency: 1.67 seconds
Throughput: 9.8 tokens/second

This was using BYOK

First token latency: 0.8 seconds
Throughput: 40.9 tokens/second
