@pale fractal if you go to the sign up page and try to oauth with google and you already have an account, it wont let you signup again, youll get an invalid credentials error. try to do that and see if it lets you sign up.

It did let me sign up with the same mail.

@pale fractal interesting. that tells me that they didnt have a user with that email in their system. even if u go to use a different sign in method after account creation, it still will log you into your original account. and it doesnt let you signup again with the same email you used to do the google-sign-up button. did you have credits on the other account or is it okay that you just start freah with this one?

Strange, I signed up with the google account but he simply singed me in with my normal account. But I didn't get an an invalid credentials error. My problem still persist. I didn't hat any credits left on that account. Maybe I should simply make a complete new one?

@pale fractal so to clarify you are signed into ur original account now? when you go to account > settings, do you see the email address you want and the google connected email, and theyre the same? if thats the case id just add credits to that account

I used sign up (not sign in) and pushed the button to log me in via google. It then simply logged me into my old google account. The problem with "no user found" still persists. Sorry if I didn't make me clear before, English isn't my first language.😅

@pale fractal so you can only login when you use the sign up page and not the sign in page? clear your browser cookies/history and try then

I can sign in with both methods, I thought you said I should try to sign up.

@pale fractal yea maybe create a fresh account just to be safe. i can see in some other help tickets people who have deleted an account and re created an account with the same email get this message. i would just create a fresh account and see if you still get this error
