But since I am a loudmouth, here are my $0.02 anyway: I'd postpone such business interaction at least after the U.S. elections, since I'd rather not see this (hypothetical) headline:

OpenRouter, a U.S. based firm, helped Russian troll farm to bypass sanctions and generate misinformation election spam using major AI vendors through their proxy service.

(alternatively you could ask your president to leave the Ukraine and end this unnecessary war, then I think everything would look brighter)
