Can i be my own "provider"?

this is going to sound incredibly stupid but as an illiterate no-code peasant it would be so nice to just be able to plug all my API keys in somewhere and then have access to all my models through one API by only having to switch out the model parameter

Yea this question feels dumber the more i think about it, you have zero incentive to do that lol. i guess i'm really kinda asking if there's some other solution that does what i just described
