new user, don't have access to nsfw channel

I did the thumbs up for the nsfw tag in the welcome message, but it still shows channel #unknown.

I think some roles just gone.
People who had nsfw role no longer have it.
People that had contributor role don't seem to have it either.
There used to be a few people in the user list with expert role all the time, missing too.
