Hello, I have the Text Generationn web UI installed, but every time i try to install TheBloke/dolphin-2.6-mixtral-8x7b-GPTQ. I am unable to find it on the model page in the model drop-down. I have refreshed the page. I have copied the link from https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/dolphin-2.6-mixtral-8x7b-GPTQ. and I have copied the link and dropped it into the model page in the box "Download model or LoRA. When I click on the orange download button, the command line window opens but not all of the models' data will download.

I have set up the Text generation web UI to run straight from the C drive.

The picture I attached is giving me an error message that I am not sure how to interpret

I am running this on a new Acer Nitro 17 laptop.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

What exactly do you paste in the download field?
It should be:
TheBloke/dolphin-2.6-mixtral-8x7b-GPTQ

Does it write any error when you press the download button?

I click the copy button next to the name. And it says it's downloading, but while it is downloading, there are usually 2 bars that do not go to a full 100%. I can recreate the issue and post pictures if that would help.

I have gone back and uninstalled the text generation web UI to see if that might be the problem. When I tried to re-install the WEB UI this morning. it would not even work. At this point, I am wondering if this is because have i installed and uninstalled the WEB UI so many times

the third picture with the one line of yellow/gold colored text is the only thing that appeared off in the install.

normally it shouldn't break because of installing/uninstalling.
I'd try to close/open it again, possibly reboot PC (though it's unlikely to be needed).

honestly, with all these logs, I don't see why it could fail to download/load models.

#

and normally it shouldn't have issues with starting, it'd at least write an error if there was a problem

Okay, I'll Uninstall it all then restart, and as I reinstall again, I'll take screenshots. Thank you for your feedback so far. It's been appreciated.

I uninstalled the Web UI and went through the install process again. it was the exact same as the previous screenshots. it seems like the more I try to get this to work, the less it does work. And if I at least understood what I was doing wrong. it would help. I appreciate the help, this just reminds me of how little I truly understand. http://127.0.0.1:7860/ does not want to open for me.

that's really weird...
I'd check if it opens in another browser just in case.
And then checked "netstat -a -b" to see if python.exe listens to 127.0.0.1:7860.
