I'd guess if it happens right away in the dialogue, you might try to test it with some other model.
If it happens only later after chat grows to some size, you might have a problem with repetition penalty.
Or maybe something else, hard to tell with just one screenshot.

if it's repetition penalty issue, then just lower its value (like to 1 for now)
and you could try to select a proper template for the model, if it's Noromaid, it seems to use Alpaca.
maybe it could do something too.

what if you set Context Template to Default but below Preset to Alpaca?
