"Spending a lot of money just for a cosmetic".
And some people already complained literally just for the micro-transactions in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, even if those don't affect the gameplay and you can earn those by just playing.

And currently, the Crash Coins only work to speed-up the Battle Pass and buying the premium version.
I actually prefer to just saving up those 1000 Crash Coins and get the Premium Pass free.

Or just implement a shop and implement another way to earn Crash Coins aside from the Battle Pass.

Plus having some x2 bonus (like the x2 Hero XP events or x2 Wumpa Coins from CTR:NF) for earning coins
