When the host in the team leaves the match it only makes him leave while tge rest of the team stays.
We would love to have the choice whether you leave with your team or alone.

Funnily enough if just the party host leaves the party was actually Still in tact, if they then go and successfully find a new lobby (even after the party members left behind started their upcoming match); they will be wrenched out of it and will instead catch up with their host.
