Zen just reports itself as Firefox user-agent. So that would be strange.
Could it be the lack of DRM support?

Happend to me after fresh Windows 11 installation. Zen also fresh installed. Don't really know what to try xd

Not sure there is anything to do as Zen does not have a Widevine DRM license. So if that is a pre-req for the site, no luck.

Maybe try turning off DoH (DNS over HTTPS) in 'privacy & security' settings

Try turning off all ur extensions and logging in

Solved it. Did 2 fresh install with cleaning in %appdata%
