Impossible login to OpenAI's ChatGPT

Hi everyone, I've been facing this issue for some weeks now and I just used another browser to login to ChatGPT, but I would really like to know why it happens.

Essentially, when I try to login via emailand password, OpenAI's login interrupts and says "Invalid email or passowrd". On Firefox this works just fine.

Additionally, I can tell that no extension is interfering, I already tried to clear Cookies and Cache and every data that zen could be storing, except from history, and other login methods did work when I had my account linked to one of them. I don't want to use anymore any Google, Microsoft or Apple on my logins,, so those are not anymore viable solutions.

Also, I did check browser settings for strict cookie blocking and such, none of those should be interfering. In fact, I set "Custom" without any protection at all, also DNS over HTTPS was switched to off, just to verify if that was the problem, which wasn't.

This also was happening on my Desktop, so it isn't even that.

I'm using version 1.16.3b (Firefox 143.0.4) (64-bit), on Arch Linux, the FlatHub version.

Anyone facing the same issue?

i remember this happening to me 2 months or so ago, i had to login through the support forum or something to get it to work. i thought it was becasue of the crusty 2008 mini pc i was using but try that and see if it works. i was also on arch and flathub.

you could also try using a passkey

Not even login to Community Forum works unfortunately and I can't find a way to set passkeys

i mean is there any reason you couldn’t use the yay version? flathub version is pretty buggy all around
