so as far as I found out the problem is caused by the macos window manager itself. Like it doesnt allow the css to overwrite the default window decoration in the corners.
for macos users it could be nice to have an option in the prefs to disable the window border of the theme. Atm im using the border.css you send me with the nogaps config and it looks fire. With the border I didnt like the look of nogaps.
