When I drag a tab over a folder to place it in the folder, the haptic feedback on my MacBook Air's trackpad goes crazy and starts vibrating like a buzzer. Definitely something that need a look at.

Ok after some more rigorous testing it turns out the issue isn't with folders, it is just with dragging tabs up to pin them in general. Any unpinned tab being dragged up to be pinned will induce the vibration.
