It's just these few days, the power consumption of Zen is kinda absurd, I took two classes and my MacBook Pro's battery dropped from 85% to 20% in that time, and I only opened Zen Browser. Does everyone have this problem?

Yes, I also have this problem. I have an M1 MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.3.1. Zen uses 100x more energy than the second-most-used app, Slack. When using Safari, I could use my Mac on battery for 8h+. With Zen, I can use it for maybe four if I'm lucky.
It seems to be a general problem. I don't know if there's anything we can do to help diagnose/solve the problem.
