Go to your profile folder, chrome folder, then sine-mods folder. Inside of there, there is a mods.json file that contains a bunch of metadata for mods (including Better Tab Rename), could I have that to help diagnose the issue?

one more thing. Go back to your sine-mods folder and then navigate to the tab-rename-zen-browser folder and provide me with the preferences.json file from there (if there is one).

i actually didn't think of that. I knew if people were installing and messing with mod management a lot that would cause an issue, but that actually makes sense.

Problem is, I can't pay for a domain to host Sine's stuff on so I need some form of hosting service or switch to manual update checks.

Alright. We think we know what it is and it won't involve changing it to only update once in every 6 days or so.

Disable auto-updating for mods in the settings page and then wait a day or a couple then see if reinstalling that mod works.

I'll push out an update at some point that will make mod updating only occur once per day and also only when Zen launches and not when the settings page opens, which should prevent constant requests to GitHub.

Also don't re-enable auto-updating until Sine updates.

I've troubleshooted, checked everything, Nebula running with Zen is exactly what's causing the issue.

Tbh this feature of masking sidebar from Transparent Zen mod is not possible on default Nebula because the latter has got pseudo background on sidebar for transparency of web-view content, while the former makes sidebar transparent to show wallpaper blur. You should keep auto updates of Sine turned off so that the CSS you got from Claude isn't replaced.
