likely due to an overload of github's API and it typically takes around 2 hrs for that to clear up.

and when i install config.js into current/active/files in zen's files, it has the error, "Failed to read the configuration file"

After installing sine, you have to Clear Startup Cache:

Like if i disable all mods, they dont work at all.
I can put things in them but things dont actually get put there.

I got foders sort og working by enabling nebula. But groups are just completely busted now. All my existing groups were busted open and in the menu I had a "closed groups" that it was now impossible to put things in to.

Broken in so many ways it's hard to explain to be honest.

I might need to just nuke my profile to start a clean setup again

This is an issue with Sine. Additionally, Sine occasionally fails to completely delete mods with JS, and you have to manually delete the JS files. Recently, I've noticed that Sine seems to intermittently cause CMI to fail, but it quickly recovers on its own. This used to never happen, and I don't know what's going on.
