Like for example you're adding Search Bar, it should be like Arc 2.0-->CSS-->Equinox-->Search Bar(v3.1)--> (.css file)

Alright, uninstall Zen, then go to Program Files and delete Zen Browser folder. Next go to C:/users/<name>/AppData and delete zen folder in both Roaming and Local folder.
Then reinstall Zen.

Install Sine this time and get Arc-2.0 v3.2.5 from marketplace.

Arc 2.0 is pure CSS based theme while Arcline is JS-based. It's normal for any JS theme to impact performance, so Arc2.0 is for better browser performance with good looks. Still, for more features, JS is needed and that's why I myself use Arcline more than Arc 2.0 lol

Arc2.0 does support light theme. But no theme looks good in this mode. I advice you to use dark mode if you don't like theme in light mode.
