Hello, whenever I press CTRL+T a URL bar appears so I can open a new tab but I see only the bottom of it so I don't see what I'm actually typing. I'm using a 32:9 monitor.

any mods or custom CSS that might be interfering with it? From what I can gather, 1.8 had some changes to the URL bar and a lot of things that messed with it are going haywire on the new version.

Zen mods are turned off. No css.
Works normally when the window is 16:9, but when I maximize/F11 this happens.

well I'm certainly no professional but that sounds like it'd be worth reporting on GitHub. to be absolutely 120% certain, you might try spawning a new profile in about:profiles and testing it there, but you've convinced this random internet stranger regardless.
