Not sure what I want to be pinned or essentials. My workflow is making url shortcuts that I can easily go to my favorite sites - so very keyboard centric.

CTRL + ALT + ARROW LEFT/RIGHT goes to different workspaces
I use CTRL + S to fully minimize the left tabs as I tend to CTRL + TAB a lot and I like to put zen on my vertical side monitor
