Hi, are your GPU drivers and Windows updated? Have you tried to verify game files? Do you have at least 30gb of space on C drive?

yea, all the drivers and windows 11 are fresh, im playing on co-op with my girlfriend, she dont have any issue on her laptop.
I've got 2-3 crashes when i start the game, after them i can play easly 3-4 hours, but the crashes coming from nowhere - dunno why ;D

Well, you encounter GPU crashes which are somewhat mysterious, and most of the time come from driver instability. We've recently had similar report to yours, we tried everything with the user, and only windows reinstall helped for him. Which of course doesn't have to be the same in this case.

From what you described, I think it could be something with low amount of ram or shader cache. Try to clean DirectX shader cache using Windows Disk Cleanup.

You could also try increasing page file size:
Step 1: Open System Properties
Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the "Run" dialog box.
Type sysdm.cpl and click OK.

Step 2: Go to Performance Settings
In the "System Properties" window that opens, go to the Advanced tab.
Under the "Performance" section, click the Settings... button.

Step 3: Go to Virtual Memory Settings
In the "Performance Options" window, click the Advanced tab.
Under the "Virtual memory" section, click the Change... button.

Step 4: Set a Custom Page File Size
Uncheck the box at the top that says "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives."
Select your main system drive (usually C:).
Select the option for "Custom size".
In the Initial size (MB) box, type 16384 (which is 16 GB).
In the Maximum size (MB) box, type 32768 (which is 32 GB).
Giving Windows a range to work with is often better than a single fixed size.
Click the Set button. This is a critical step to apply the new setting.

Step 5: Finalize and Restart
Click OK on all the open windows to close them.

You will be prompted to restart your computer. This is mandatory for the changes to take effect. Please restart your PC.

If you use any OC or GPU undervolting (MSI Afterburner), try to turn it off for some time. I've heard that Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling option in windows may cause crashes for some people so I would try to turn it off as well.
Also if you're using any mods, update them or disable temporarily and check.

Let me know if any of that helped

Your GPU drivers are from January so there's probably an update already that could fix that. If update doesn't work, you can try to disable DLSS frame generation and nvidia reflex in graphics settings first (before steps from previous message), if you're using those. Also maybe try changing the upscaler from DLSS to something else.

Sooo after the update driver, and change from your protips game still crashing, its like when my co-op partner connecting into game, sometimes crashing when im loading new host game, sometimes doing 'work' into base and just getting crash without any reason. I changed many option due 'normal' im gonna add some fresh save crashes..

#

there is many save crashes due trying all the options on my computer, fresh from 22.03.2026 18:33pm was when the gameplay 'was smooth to play' but crash was from nowhere xD

#

but i add all the crashes, hope it will help you to optimization game, thx

We are not sure what causes those crashes at the moment, however a player who had similar symptoms to yours fixed those crashes by reinstalling Windows. Maybe you could try uninstalling the GPU driver with DDU and then fresh installing the newest one? I guess it could be either something with windows or GPU drivers.

Well i did reinstall system one moth ago, becouse i changed the GPU, soo it cant be Windows for sure, its funny cuz my girlfriend playing on laptop, she hasnt better CPU or GPU then my, and she doesnt have any issue.. and one think is i have problem only in Bellwright, on other games im playing on high res without any problems..

soo after testing game in solo mode - sometimes i have issue problem with 'start' the game, the crashes come from nowhere in loading screen, i can do that 3-4 times - and then can play like 30minutes or 3-4h without any issue, the random crash is coming from ass. is that same sheet when i was playing with my gf on co-op and i was the host, i can add some fresh crashes if u need and it will help to fix that sheet

You can send new logs (from logs folder, don't send from crashes folder) so I can check.

soo i was testing maaany options in game on dlls, kinda changing options games still 'play smoof' but i think the problem is in gameplay - when i opened the tree the game crashed, when i was changing the priorites the game crash, dunno why but imo problems seats in code tho
