I've tried unchecking the "Disable during day" option on all the PointLights and even putting the diabled brightness at 1 but well... they still turn off in the morning. Is there a way to keep lanterns always on?

Were you modifying the standing torch by any chance? or another lamp/light?

Forgot to add, if you are trying to modify the default standing torch, it won't work, it's one of those items that when modified, the changes won't show up in the game. I got around it by duplicating it and creating a new standing torch, then the Disable during day on/off switch worked.

Negative, I was attempting the same procedure with some hanging lanterns but it didn't take. It's not really a game-breaker either way, but it's on my list lol

You might have to duplicate the asset which has the option to disable during the day, I think I just duplicated everything and it worked
