I have been crashing multiple times today with and without mods. Done a error check multiple times today along with a fresh install.

#

crashed a total of 12x today. I don't know what's going on. It's not even consistently the same area on the map after about 5-10 min will just close and go back to windows

@stone erminesorry, that is not the right folder - we need Logs and SaveGames, not Crashes

stone ermine
#

oh my bad give me a minute

#

hopefully that's what you are looking for

rotund lynx
#

yes

#

some of those mods are looking suspicious

stone ermine
#

I can unsubscribe and see if that works at all

rotund lynx
#

I think I would try removing, especially those that were not installed through steam

stone ermine
#

all have been installed through steam.

Expanded_Inventory_Storage_(x2) and Apple_Tree too?

stone ermine
#

That's all I have now. Unsubscribed to all the other ones. I've tried modding in the past never could figure it out with Skyrim so I literally stick to what's included in the game/steam now.

#

about 5min into with confirming those mods were the only ones showing up game side.

#

and here is another log from the next crash

rotund lynx
#

hmm no crash info here

#

it still finds mods though

#

okay, now we can be sure it's not mods

#

dd you try validating game files?

stone ermine
#

just did and came back clean

rotund lynx
#

are you also crashing when playing a new game? just to rule out something being wrong with the save specifically (which is very unlikely from the logs)

stone ermine
#

I started this the day before release running as preview branch

#

loaded a different character older save more progress in the game gonna try and get a crash or something from it. I could also start a new character and see if it persists there.

#

older character got a crash.

#

I'll start a new character and try that one now

rotund lynx
#

okay.. so it's not mod-related and not save-specific... I'm not 100% sure but most likely the problem is somewhere on your side, either with hardware or with some conflicting software ๐Ÿ™

#

did you try playing other games to see if they are also crashing?

#

specifically games on Unreal Engine if you have any?

#

last night I was playing for hours like 7 hours. I can play tarkov no problem also I can play ark ascended. I mean I haven't tried playing ark today but don't know how last night I could play and today I can't play for more than 5 minutes

rotund lynx
#

and that's even more strange, there were no changes that could possibly cause this

stone ermine
#

Alright here's what I'm gonna do. uninstall delete the files on the comp reinstall since no mods are subscribed to/running in skip mods and see if that works. I just upgraded the machine like a month ago and it's running like a champ. machine could be better but it still was having 0 issues last night. I will also do a system restart and see if that clears anything up.

I dont have the files or the logs but, the game crashed on one of our friends while we were 3 man Co-op. He could not rejoin, we logged out and reset to see if it would fix it. It did not, now we cannot get to our Co-op game at all.

I started a new co-op game and the guys could join me just fine, we logged out and tried to go back to our original co-op game but no dice, still broken.

My buddy is going to post try and post the files.

#

Gonna try ark and see how that runs.

# stone ermine different error

the fact that all your crashes are different , really points to either a hardware issue , or some other software interfering

#

You should try running a ram stability software to check for any unstabnility

Alright I'll look on my end. Thanks for the help. I'm glad it's not something in the game. I just hope it's not $$ on my end
