Bakery - No way to tell how long or who is cooking.

There is no way to determine where in a baking cycle something may be (no indicator progress bar).
There is no indication as to which NPC may be baking although (it does only at one of the bakeries if you can find which one) it seems the baking time is dependent on the cooking level of the NPC.
If more than one bakery the baking time matches at all bakeries regardless of which NPC is at each individual bakery.
