Quest says to examine the shrine, but there's nothing to interact with.
I've been here before, though, when I was still in an earlier step of the quest. At that moment, I was attacked by bandits and wolves, and when my followers looted the area, they also opened and looted the chest here. I heard the sound of a quest being completed, but had no other confirmation that it was actually completed.
After examining the previous shrine and talking with the book seller, the quest updated to "Examine the shrine near Farnworth". I came here, and it looks like this. Nothing to interact with.
