NPC near wine shrine didn't unlock the orchard building for me.

Same issue, I completed the quest talked to him later and he doesn't have any other dialogues now(only one dialogue appears which exist the conversation).

How do I get to my 'Saved' folder?
- Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above link

Zipping the folder
- Right click on the folder named 'Saved'
- Select 'Send To' -> 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
This will generate a zip file you can then upload
Uploading the zip file
- Drag and drop your zip file into Discord
OR - Use Discord's 'Upload a File' to upload the zip file

I completed all available quest on the halmare island and kept going again and again to this NPC and still he has no option. The first time I went to him, it was night and I couldn't see him so I didn't talk to him(I dont remember to be sure). Now he won't talk anything else since I completed the shrine quest earlier.

okay, u choosed the side of cassians so u have distillary. Ucan take resources via trading for distillary.

So we can only have orchard or distillary depending on which side we choose? I thought it was bug. I really wanted to grow orchard apples lol

It’s definitely bugged as I chose the side of Halmayans and the orchard did not unlock, but the distillery did.

okay guys. Here the detailed list how u can open that.
With distillery there are a few other ways to unlock it:
choosing alchemist side in Blue sky/Chasing the sky quests in the end of the quest
During old tomes quest find a scroll in the archive (there are 3-4 interactables, 1 progresses the quest, 1 unlocks distillery, the other 2 just for flavour)
Finishing Cassians quest line (Completing Walking the Plank quest)
Orchard is just 2 things:
Finishing Halmayans quest line (By order and blood quest)
Talking to the Wine shrine keeper during Pious reward quest

So you need to both finish the Halmayan quest line AND the wine shrine keeper or only one of them?
If it's both, there seems to be an issue depending on the order of conversation (or something else, just guessing really) that allows you to unlock it early.
If it's only the wine keeper, there seems to be an issue where the orchard is not always unlocked after the discussion.
