And yes, if you loose the mini-game it will drop by 3 levels. We will probably add some game settings to make fishing more customizable

I think fishing in the swamp isn't buggy, because the fishing method is indeed different from fishing in other waters. You just need to press space/LMB at the right spot, and the fish icon will move to the right. For fishing in lakes/oceans/rivers, I prefer pressing space and LMB at the same time to double the jump of the arrow that we need, I actually find fishing in the swamp easier because you don't need to spam click, you just have to press accurately within the yellow/blue bar area

I agree. It's the worst part of this game that I love. I avoid it at all costs and if I have to do it I resent the fact that I had to b/c it's horrible on my hand. 😦 I really hope that they change how it is done b/c it puts a dark mark on an otherwise really well done game.

@glacial falcon about your question - first thing that comes to mind is changed input bindings... did you change anything at all with your controls? uploading your "saved" folder could allow us to examine logs and configs ourselves

I changed the inventory, set it to "Tab", and set the world menu to the "" sign. The mini-game itself works for me where it's deeper, but it doesn't work in shallow water. I fished in the lake, I didn't like the fishing there, but I liked it in the swamp, you don't need to press 100 times, just once.

What youre describing sounds correct. You get different minigames depending on where you fish.
